Frequently Asked Questions
Not at fault? under our agreement you will not be liable for the rental costs provided you are deemed not at fault and assist us in the recovery of those costs from the at fault party or their insurer and act within the terms and conditions of the signed rental agreement.
At fault or a single vehicle accident? We can still provide you a replacement which you can submit the costs to your insurer for reimbursement under your own insurance policy cover.
