Frequently Asked Questions – FlexiRent

A FlexiRent is a week-to-week rental with a minimum contract period (30 days, 90 days or 12 months), where on-road costs are included in the weekly cost, such as registration, CTP, full comprehensive insurance, all scheduled servicing and maintenance, and 24/7 nationwide roadside assistance.

After the minimum period, the FlexiRent contract can be extended for as long as you need, and the vehicle may be returned at any point after the minimum period.
  • Vehicle registration costs including Compulsory Third-Party insurance (CTP)

  • All scheduled servicing costs
  • Nationwide roadside assistance
A valid Australian driver's licence.
There is no formal application process for the FlexiRent. We just require a driver’s licence, and some of your contact information. Once we receive this information we can look at getting you on the road.
So long as we have the vehicle in stock, wait times for a FlexiRent are minimal and we can organise for you to begin the rental as quickly as within the same day/next day.
Our standard contract allows for 32,000 KM’s per year with no extra charge. Any additional Km’s travelled will be charged at $0.27 per KM.
Once the minimum period has lapsed for the FlexiRent hire, you may extend the contract for as long as you need.
The minimum period for a FlexiRent depends on the term that the customer initially signed the contract for. This may be a 30 day, 90 day or 12 month minimum. Whichever this is, the customer commits to hire the vehicle for that minimum period. After the period is up, the customer can extend the hire as long as they wish or return at any time.

When signing the rental agreement, the customer is agreeing to fulfill the weekly payment minimum. Therefore, the customer is required to make the weekly repayments until the minimum period is over, even if they wish to return vehicle before that point. After the minimum period months is up, the customer may return the vehicle at any time.
