Step 2: Get In Touch With Our Sales Team
Once you have an idea of the vehicle you’d like to rent, it’s time to get in touch with our sales team. Fill in our enquiry form with your contact details and hit the submit button. Our helpful team will then call you back and ask for further information such as the type of tradie vehicle you’d like, the specifications and the delivery date. After all the details have been hashed out, you will be then asked to pay a security deposit.
Step 3: Rental Vehicle Preparation
When this security deposit has been paid, we will be able to allocate you a vehicle in our fleet pipeline and the shed. Our team will then get to work cleaning the vehicle and preparing it with the options requested. This can include accessories such as tow bars, ladder racks, toolboxes and more. If you have enquired about a rent-to-own option, the vehicle will come brand new from the dealership and be ready to go.
Step 4: Signing The Rental Agreement
Our sales team will contact you again to let you know that the vehicle is ready. We’ll send through a rental agreement which you will be asked to review and e-sign. All TradieSpec rentals also include registration, insurance and maintenance as part of the contract so that you can have peace of mind while driving. After this, we’ll arrange for the vehicle to either be delivered or collected at a date of your choosing.
